Are you wanting to burn a design on a hat but not confident in your drawing ability? Our hat burning designs are the perfect solution. Designs can be cut out of thin plastic, card stock or vinyl and used as a stencil. You can also print the design and use carbon paper to transfer. Pro tip: Print on parchment or tracing paper, place directly on hat and burn right over the top of the paper on to your hat.
Designs are sized to fit front bill of a baseball cap (4 inch crown, 2.75 brim). If you are needing a different size, please email us (if you are familiar with SVG files you will be able to size accordingly).
You will receive:(1) PDF and (1) SVG file of each design + font file (name design) and alphabet and numbers (initial design)
With compatible software, the SVG file can be resized in your preferred software. Wording cannot be edited. If you have purchased the "Name" template you will receive the font in a zip file to download. If you purchase the "Initial" template, you will receive all letters in PNG and SVG files. We configure the PDF file to print on one sheet of printer paper. Therefore, a few of the files display 2-4 of the same image on the PDF document.
