Are you wanting to burn a design on a hat but not confident in your drawing ability? Our hat burning designs are the perfect solution. Designs can be cut out of thin plastic, card stock or vinyl and used as a stencil. You can also print the design and use carbon paper to transfer. Pro tip: Print on parchment or tracing paper, place directly on hat and burn right over the top of the paper on to your hat.
Designs are sized to fit brim width of 2.75 to 4.0. If you are needing a smaller size, please email us.
You will receive:(1) PDF and (1) SVG file of each template. The files will be delivered to your email upon completion of purchase, via a zip folder.
With compatible software, the SVG file can be resized in your preferred software. Wording cannot
be edited, with the exception of the Floral + Initial template (font details included in SVG file). We configure the PDF file to print on one sheet of printer paper. Therefore, a few of the files display the images in a different layout than displayed on the hat.
