Are you wanting to burn a design on a hat but not confident in your design or free hand ability? Then our design templates are for you!!! Designs can be cut out of mylar (this plastic, can be found at any craft store), card stock or vinyl and used as a stencil. You can also print the design and use carbon paper to transfer. Pro tip: Print on parchment or tracing paper, place directly on hat and burn right over the top of the paper on to your hat. If you have an inkjet printer, designs can be printed on standard printer paper (reverse the image) and ironed on to the hat to transfer the image (use low heat, no steam if electing this method).

Designs are sized to fit brim width of 2.75 to 4.0. If you are needing a smaller size, please email us.

You will receive:

(1) PDF and (1) SVG file

With compatible software, the SVG file can be resized in your preferred software. PDF formatted to fit one sheet of paper.
