Urban Artisan is excited to host another Sip & Shop!

Interested in being a vendor? Please complete the short form below. Please note: Completion of this form does not secure a spot at the event. We will review all of the submissions to curate a balanced event with variety and uniqueness. Form submissions are due by October 5th (notifications will go out the following week).

Location: Urban Artisan (2738 Shadow View Dr. Eugene, OR 97408)

Date/Time: Sunday, November 3 (11:00-3:00)

Vendor Set Up: Sunday, November 3 (open to set up beginning at 8:00 AM)

Vendor Information

Vendors of various types will be considered (product/merchandise, services and/or informational only). There is no fee to participate. We do ask that all vendors contribute to the raffle (this can be a gift card, product/merchandise from your shop, etc.). The event will take place indoors, therefore we do not allow tents, banners, etc. Food truck and/or mobile bartending services: We will be reserving space right outside the roll up garage door. The area will have pop up tents on the sidewalk and be directly accessible to guests. Once all vendors have been confirmed, we will contact you with details regarding space allocation. All participating vendors are responsible for collecting payment for merchandise or services sold at the event.
